Loans
- The maximum amount you may borrow is the lesser of 50% of your vested account balance or $50,000 reduced by the highest outstanding loan balance over the last 12 months.
- The minimum loan amount is $1,000.
- You may have 2 outstanding loans.
- Loans must be repaid within 5 years if it is a general loan and up to 10 years if the money is used to purchase a primary residence.
- The interest rate on your loan will be the Prime Rate plus 1%.
- Each loan will be charged a one-time set up fee of $75, paid by the participant.
- All of your principal and interest loan payments are credited to your account and are invested in the same manner as your regular contributions.

- After your loan request is received and approved, a check for the requested loan amount will be mailed to you in approximately 4 business days.
- After you leave the Company, you will have 3 months to pay the balance of the loan; otherwise, loan will be considered a taxable distribution.
Hardship
You may be eligible to withdraw a portion of your account balance if you experience a hardship. The federal government has defined hardships as follows:
- To prevent eviction from or foreclosure of your primary residence;
- To repair damage to your primary residence;
- To purchase a primary residence;
- To pay for post-secondary education for you or an immediate family member;
- To pay for uninsured medical expenses; or
- To cover funeral expenses.
In-service Withdrawal
An in-service withdrawal may be taken from rollover accounts at any time. An in-service withdrawal is also permitted at age 59 ½ from the vested portion of any account
Termination
You may receive all of your vested contributions and earnings upon termination of employment.
Please note: if your vested account balance is $1,000 or less, it may automatically be paid to you upon termination of employment.
Retirement
You can withdraw money from your account when you retire.
Disability
If you become permanently disabled, you are allowed to withdraw your money.
Death
In the event of your death, your account balance will be paid to your beneficiaries.
